Caravan Sites
We are not like a “regular” caravan park where you can hear the next van sneeze or worse still snoring … and we do not charge extra for kids … that’s right KIDS STAY FREE!
We have loads of space in our van area, we have just installed our outdoor shower and toilet facilities and the area is ideal for families and couples alike, or a small group. So much room, green grass, use of all resort facilities and right near the kids adventure playground.
We only have 4 powered sites but HEAPS of room for unpowered sites or camping spots; our aim is to be a unique intimate botique spot with a farm stay feel and not be over crowded.

Yarrawonga features 2 main courses Black Bull which is currently ranked within the top 100 courses in Australia along with Yarrawonga & Border with 72 holes to choose from.
Conferences
For small groups up to 30 people our conference room is ideal for intimate groups up to 30 people. The resort room offers a relaxed atmosphere for your meeting or conference.
